Recently I was interviewed by Paige Galey, an ASU Cronkite student, about my involvement with Native American Heritage Month and our efforts to raise awareness about the Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP) crisis. I’ve been collaborating with ASU’s Research on Violent Victimization Lab to promote their work each Wednesday during November. It’s been a pleasure getting to know the people behind these efforts. From PhDs to Indigenous graduate students from all majors, it is an excellent team! They also partner with countless Native organizations to make sure that Indigenous voices are truly heard on this issue.

(Pssst! I might even intern for the ROVV Lab next semester!! We’ll find out soon)
